- Chronic cough not connected with respiratory illness

- Blunt Trauma to the Chest
The right chest pain can occur due to tears to the pectoralis muscle. Tears are indirectly occurred due to trauma or a direct blow to the chest, and blunt trauma also results from rib fractures or rib replacement. The signs of chest injury and rib displacement include:
- Chest pain increases and gets worse with coughing, laughing and sneezing

The gallbladder and liver organs of the abdominal cavity are located on the right side of the body. When this is working adequately, pain can arise on the right side.
